Simon Bohrsmann

Simon Bohrsmann joined National Geographic Channel in August, 2000 as head of Publicity and Interactive. With broad experience in multi-channel broadcasting and television production, he is responsible for marketing and public relations, as well as day-to-day management.

A former journalist and television current affairs producer, Simon was the Deputy Editor of London News Network, where he helped build the fledgling news organisation to supply news and current affairs to franchisees Carlton and LWT. He was also responsible for content and management. Simon was a joint owner of Galaxy Television, which is an independent specialist supplying content to international broadcasters. Their clients included Time Warner, Kingworld, Sat 1 and the Nine network. As the head of features at Sky News, Simon established and ran the features division.
